Poor Rory....

Do you have those moments where you think you've use solid logic only to have it back fire on you! Well I did such thing with Rory in the past month. We began to notice this week that Rory seems to have well put on weight, only a trained eye can tell but we now have the scale to prove in just a month she has gone from 22lbs to 27.5 lbs. Doesn't sound like a lot but on a little frame like Rory's it is. Well only last night did it dawn on us the cause. Here is the colpret, my logic!While Ryan was out of town I had the resposiblity when Rory ran out of food mid week to go pick it up. I didn't know which kind we usually get as we throw the bag away quickly after filling Rory's food bin. So I know the brand but they is a whole aisle of options at Pets mart. I find one with a dog that looks the most like Rory and says "active", well that certainly describes Rory (solid logic right!) but aparently one small thing I forgot to calculate "Active" dogs usually burn more calories than your average dog so apparently they pack lots and lots of calories in food for active dogs. So unknowningly was feeding Rory an extremely high calorie diet and poor Rory has got a few rolls from it. Here is the pick of the new bag, it is the proper food for her, I will memorize it so my logic will not defy me again.
