I highly recommend riding to work or wherever your headed first thing in the day with your radio off. I started this two years ago as a new years resolution. Its nice to have quiet and peaceful time before the noise of the day starts, its very centering & calming.

I recommend Fresca in your Lemonade for a yummy summer beverage.

I recommend getting your hair cut at cottonwood salon, I get my hair cut about once every 3 months so I splurge and go to cottonwood, along with your cut you get a scalp massage, a ring cleaning, a hand massage while your hair is conditioning and just top notch service. I love all the special complementary touches, a nice way for some self care.

I recommend sometimes letting your house get out-of-control crazy messy because no one on their death beds says they wish the spent more time cleaning their house, sometimes playing with your daughter, eating lunch with a friend, preparing your bible lesson, watching a movie cuddled up with your hubby is a better use of time of and energy. (I am continually working on this on, it really bothers me to have a messy house)
