Smothered Pork Chops...
Thanks to AM's fabulous new cooking blog, I ventrued outside my usual cooking zone and we tried one of her dishes she posted (smothered pork chops) and it turned out wonderful! Even Ryan liked it! (If you know Ryan he has quite picky eating tastes so that quite an accomplishment). Thanks AM!
