In continuing my thoughtfulness on things I am grateful for, I was looking over previous posts and realized how many firsts I've had just in the past year! I am grateful for these new experiences and hope I never stop trying new things and sharing those new experiences with those I love no matter how big or small the experience. I was also thinking how blessed I am to have the luxury to enjoy these things. I sometimes think its surprising we still have so many people struggling in the throws of severe poverty in the world and that we still lose people to starvation at this day and age. Truly these simple luxuries are not to be taken for granted.

Baked my first loaf of bread
Went to first drive-in movie
Went to first air show
Enjoyed first professional massage
First of my college friends are having a baby
lost my first grandparent
First time in supervisor/management position in a work setting
First time eating swordfish
First time to go to Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Eureka Springs
Started first blog!

First trip to Italy
First time eating at a fondue restaurant
First time eating at a Sushi restaurant
Our memory book for this season of young family life - The days can be long but the years will be short, tucking away our golden moments to keep us anchored in the magic of now and the messes that come with it too.
