I forgot to take pictures of my weekend but anyway here's the run down. I just love weekends, I know everyone does but no matter how stressful the week I love re-charging over the weekend with food, friends and relaxing fun!
Friday: Our friends Matt and Daicia were in town from Houston, enjoyed dinner with them at hideway pizza then the girls came to my house and we rented The Other Bohlen Girl and the boys went and saw the new Batman movie.
Saturday: My mom came to town and Jen and I took her out to eat at inspirations tea room for lunch to celebrate her birthday. Saturday night Ryan cooked me a wonderful dinner of grilled shrimp, okra and mushrooms. It was yummy!!
Sunday: Went to lunch at Fazoli's with Daicia and Matt and Friends. Enjoyed a long afternoon of a combination of napping and being productive. Sunday Evening went to dinner at Chilli's with friends again and then went to Braums to continue the visiting and the fun.
Our memory book for this season of young family life - The days can be long but the years will be short, tucking away our golden moments to keep us anchored in the magic of now and the messes that come with it too.
