More on Florida

Florida was memorable in many ways including that fact that it was the first vacation we ever left that Ryan actually expressed interest in returning too. He's a one and done kind of traveler, with so many other options to explore why do one place more than once, especially international destinations? why I can in some ways appreciate that philosophy I usually leave many places a little sadder knowing goodbye is probably a real farewell, never to see that place again. But Rosemary/Seacrest Beach...I was smitten with it from the start in a whole different way and so glad Ryan was too on this trip. The whole staying in a beach house makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I think next time we will cook even more meals at the house,  it was wonderful to be able to spread out and each of us have our own area. We spent time as a family but also enjoyed alone time too, couple time and I enjoyed some one on one time with Ava.  I am hopeful over the years we can return more times for wonderful memories for our family. (A side note and tip, we stayed the week before summer rates officially started, we re-checked the rates this week at the place we stayed at and our week was half the price of the summer rate! so why you have non-school aged kids, its the way to do it, just before or after official summer season). It was a great start to the summer. Hard to leave but happy to think we will return again.
